RiseUp Project is a transformative initiative dedicated to uplifting women and girls through education, skills training, and empowerment programs. By promoting economic independence, leadership, and access to reproductive health education, RiseUp helps women and girls build confidence, create opportunities, and lead change in their communities.
This initiative aims to break cycles of poverty and inequality by equipping them with the tools, knowledge, and confidence needed to achieve independence and lead change within their communities.
Project Objectives
- Enhance access to education and skills training for women and girls, especially those from disadvantaged backgrounds.
- Promote economic empowerment through entrepreneurship, vocational training, and financial literacy programs.
- Support reproductive health education and awareness to foster healthy, informed decisions.
- Encourage leadership and participation in community development, advocacy, and decision-making spaces.
What We Provide
- Educational support for girls in primary, secondary, and vocational schools.
- Vocational skills training programs in areas such as tailoring, agribusiness, digital literacy, soapmaking and entrepreneurship.
- Workshops and mentorship sessions focused on self-confidence, gender equality, and leadership development.
- Health and wellness initiatives that address menstrual hygiene, reproductive health, and gender-based violence awareness.
